Ingredients:

- Pizza Dough:
- 1 ½ cups warm water
- 1 tbsp active dry yeast
- ½ tsp salt
- 5-6 cups durum wheat flour (adjust as needed)
- Tomato Sauce:
- Crushed tomatoes
- Black pepper
- Chili powder
- Basil
- Oregano
- Garlic
- Onion
- (Sugar, if needed)
- Toppings:
- 2 cups pecan nuts
- 2 cups fresh pineapple, diced
- Blue cheese
- Shredded cheese
- Cold-pressed coconut oil (for drizzling after baking)

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, combine warm water, some durum wheat flour, active dry yeast, and salt. Knead the dough until it is elastic.
2. Let the dough rise in a warm place for at least 30 minutes.
3. Roll out the risen dough into a thin crust and place it on a floured baking sheet.
4. Prepare the tomato sauce by simmering crushed tomatoes with black pepper, chili powder, basil, oregano, garlic, and onion. Add sugar if desired.
5. Spread the tomato sauce over the pizza crust.
6. Top with pecan nuts, diced pineapple, blue cheese, and shredded cheese.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 475-525°F (250-275°C) for about 10-15 minutes.
8. Remove the pizza from the oven and drizzle with cold-pressed coconut oil before serving.
