Ingredients:
- 1 kg ham
- 4 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 dl breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- Fresh herbs (such as thyme or rosemary) for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a bowl, mix the Dijon mustard and honey until smooth.
3. Season the ham with salt and black pepper.
4. Spread the mustard-honey mixture evenly over the surface of the ham.
5. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the ham and drizzle with olive oil.
6. Bake the ham in the oven for about 1.5 hours or until it is beautifully golden brown and cooked through.
7. Allow the ham to rest for a few minutes before slicing.
8. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
