Ingredients:

- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Melt the chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth.
3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the sugar. Mix well.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
5. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the chocolate mixture and stir until smooth.
6. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the cake is set.
7. Allow the cake to cool before serving. You can dust it with powdered sugar or serve it with whipped cream.
