- 4 eggs
- 2 corn tortillas
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 cup black beans
- 1 tomato (diced)
- 1/4 cup onion (chopped)
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup salsa (store-bought or homemade)
- Lime juice (optional)
Instructions:
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil.
2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until soft.
3. Stir in the diced tomato, black beans, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for a few minutes.
4. Prepare the eggs in your desired style (fried or scrambled) in a separate pan.
5. Warm the corn tortillas in the skillet until they are warm and slightly browned.
