A quick and flavorful vegan dish that's perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

- 400 g tofu
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 100 g green beans
- 4 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sriracha sauce (optional)
- Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the tofu: Press out excess moisture and cut into cubes.
2. Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
3. Add the chopped onion and sauté until soft.
4. Add the minced garlic, bell pepper, carrot, and green beans. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
5. Add the tofu cubes to the skillet and cook until golden brown.
6. In a bowl, mix hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha. Pour the sauce over the tofu and vegetables, stirring well.
7. Heat for a few more minutes to combine all the flavors.
8. Serve warm, garnished with fresh cilantro.
