Soft and delicious buns perfect for making hot dogs.

Ingredients

- 2 cups milk or water
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
- 2.5 oz fresh yeast
- 3.5 oz soft butter
- 10 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl or mixer.
2. Knead the dough with a mixer for about 10 minutes until elastic.
3. Let the dough rise in a bowl covered with a cloth for about 30 minutes.
4. Pour the dough onto a floured surface and shape it into a long log.
5. Cut the log into pieces and shape them into buns.
6. Place the buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let them rise for another 15-20 minutes.
7. Bake at 450°F (225°C) for about 10-15 minutes until the buns are golden brown.
