Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a cake pan.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a double boiler or microwave.
3. Stir the sugar into the melted chocolate and butter mixture.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
5. Fold in the all-purpose flour, vanilla sugar, and salt until combined.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 25-30 minutes.
7. Allow the cake to cool before serving. You can dust it with powdered sugar or serve with vanilla sauce for extra flair.
