- 150 g fresh spinach
- 100 ml cream
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain and set aside.2. Chop the onion and garlic. Clean and slice the mushrooms.
3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sautéing for about 3-4 minutes until soft.
4. Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they are tender and slightly browned, about 5-7 minutes.
5. Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
