A vibrant and flavorful detox stir-fry packed with fresh vegetables and noodles.
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: 4

Ingredients:

- 300 g red cabbage
- 300 g white cabbage (or napa cabbage)
- 2 carrots
- 1 red chili
- 1 onion
- 2-3 cm piece of ginger
- 3 packets of instant noodles (chicken, veggie, or sesame)
- Oil for frying
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro
- Sriracha sauce or chili mayonnaise for serving

Instructions:

1. Thinly slice the red cabbage and white cabbage. Julienne the carrots. Grate the peeled ginger. Chop the chili and onion.
2. Sauté the vegetables in hot oil for about 5 minutes.
3. Add the noodle seasonings, soy sauce, and lime juice to the pan.
4. Boil the noodles in boiling water for about 2-3 minutes, then add them to the pan with the vegetables.
5. Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly.
6. Chop plenty of cilantro and sprinkle it on top before serving.
7. Serve with sriracha sauce or chili mayonnaise on the side.
