This delicious mushroom pasta is quick and easy to prepare, perfect for busy weeknight dinners.Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: 4 people
Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or fusilli)
- 250 g fresh mushrooms
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 100 ml cream
- 50 g Parmesan cheese (grated)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain and reserve a little cooking water.
2. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Slice the mushrooms.
3. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
4. Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook until golden brown.
5. Pour in the cream and stir. Let it simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
6. Add the drained pasta to the pan and mix well. If the mixture seems too dry, add a bit of reserved cooking water.
7. Season with salt and black pepper. Finally, stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
8. Serve the portions garnished with fresh parsley.
