Ingredients:

- 300 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or penne)
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 200 ml cream
- 100 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and reserve a bit of the cooking water.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until golden brown.
3. Add fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
4. Pour the cream into the skillet and stir well. Allow the sauce to simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
5. Add grated Parmesan cheese to the sauce and stir until melted. Season with salt and black pepper.
6. Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add a bit of the reserved pasta cooking water.
7. Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan and black pepper if desired.
