Ingredients:
- 125 g butter
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 dl brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1/2 dl cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 100 g chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Melt the butter and mix it with the sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla sugar in a bowl.
3. Add the egg and mix well.
4. In another bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and mix until smooth.
6. Fold in the chocolate chips gently.
7. Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
8. Bake the cookies in the oven for about 10-12 minutes.
9. Allow to cool for a moment before serving.
