Persimoni Goat Cheese Crostini

A delightful combination of sweet persimmons and savory goat cheese, perfect as an appetizer or snack for gatherings! Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: 4-6 people
Ingredients:
- 1 baguette or ciabatta
- 2 ripe persimmons
- 150 g goat cheese
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh rosemary or thyme for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Slice the baguette or ciabatta into 1 cm thick pieces and place them on a baking sheet.
2. Brush the bread slices with olive oil and bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
3. Meanwhile, slice the persimmons into thin slices.
4. Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool slightly.
5. Spread goat cheese on top of each bread slice.
6. Place persimmon slices on top of the goat cheese.
7. Drizzle honey over each crostini and season with salt and pepper.
8. Garnish with fresh rosemary or thyme leaves.
9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
