Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a water bath or microwave until smooth.
3. Stir the sugar into the melted chocolate and butter mixture until well combined.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
5. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the chocolate mixture and stir until the batter is smooth.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and level the surface.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes. The cake is ready when the top is firm but the center remains slightly moist.
8. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
