Ingredients:
- 1 can of chickpeas (drained)
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 2 cloves of garlic
- ½ cup lemon juice
- Olive oil (for drizzling)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine the drained chickpeas, tahini, garlic, and lemon juice.
2. Blend the mixture with an immersion blender or in a food processor until completely smooth.
3. Serve the hummus on a plate and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
4. Enjoy with warm bread.
