A simple and delicious Italian dish perfect for a quick meal.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 g spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons vegetable or olive oil
- A large handful of parsley, chopped
- 3 large eggs
- Grated cheese (Parmesan or Pecorino)
- 1 packet of bacon (about 200 g)
- Salt, to taste
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente.
2. In a pan, heat the vegetable or olive oil and fry the bacon until crispy.
3. Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté for a minute.
4. Drain the cooked spaghetti and add it to the pan along with the chopped parsley. Toss well to combine.
5. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and mix in the grated cheese until smooth.
6. Remove the pan from heat and quickly add the egg mixture, stirring rapidly to avoid scrambling the eggs.
7. Season with pepper and salt if needed.
8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
