Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., penne or spaghetti)
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 200 ml cream
- 100 g Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and reserve a bit of the cooking water.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for a few minutes until softened.
3. Add fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
4. Pour in the cream and mix well. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted. Season with salt and black pepper.
6. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add a little reserved cooking water.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
