- 400 g light sausages (e.g., turkey sausages)
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 300 g mixed frozen vegetables
Instructions:
1. Bring the water to a boil in a large pot.
2. Add the beef bouillon cubes and mixed vegetables to the boiling water. Cook for about 10 minutes.
3. Slice the sausages and add them to the soup. Let it simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
4. Serve hot.
