Ingredients:
- 150 g digestive biscuits
- 3 tbsp melted margarine
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 l vanilla ice cream
- Fresh strawberries
Instructions:
1. Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs.
2. Mix the crushed biscuits with melted margarine and sugar until well combined.
3. Press the biscuit mixture firmly into the bottom of a cake pan to form a base.
4. Soften the vanilla ice cream and pour it over the biscuit base.
5. Spread it evenly and smooth the surface.
6. Top with fresh strawberries for decoration.
7. Place the cake in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until completely firm.
