Description: This delicious coffee cake is easy to make and can be frozen for guests. Enjoy it with coffee or serve it to your visitors!

Serving Size: 2-3 cakes
Ingredients:
- 250 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 250 g all-purpose flour
- 1 dl milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour the cake pans.
2. In a large bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar together until the mixture is light and fluffy.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients and milk to the butter mixture, alternating between the two, and mix until smooth.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared pans and bake in the oven for about 40-50 minutes or until the cake is cooked through (test with a toothpick).
6. Allow the cakes to cool before freezing or serving.
