Easy Puff Pastry Apple Pie with Biscoff Spread

Ingredients:
- 1 large sheet of puff pastry (600 g)
- 400 g apple sauce
- 3-4 apples (sliced)
- 200 g Biscoff cookie spread
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
2. Roll out the puff pastry slightly larger and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. Spread the apple sauce evenly over the pastry.
4. Arrange the apple slices beautifully on top of the apple sauce.
5. Melt the Biscoff cookie spread in the microwave or using a double boiler, then drizzle it over the apple slices.
6. Brush the edges of the pastry with the beaten egg.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the pie is golden brown.
8. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
