Ingredients:
- 200 g Biscoff spread
- 3 dl oat cream
- 100 g glögi cranberries
- 1 dl glögi
- 100 g crispy gingerbread cookies
Instructions:
1. Prepare the glögi cranberries: Place the cranberries in a saucepan and add the glögi. Heat gently until the cranberries soften. Allow to cool.
2. Make the Biscoff mousse: Whip the oat cream in a bowl until fluffy. Gently fold in the Biscoff spread until combined.
3. Crumble the crispy gingerbread cookies into small pieces.
4. Assemble the dessert: Take glasses or serving bowls and layer with Biscoff mousse, followed by a layer of glögi cranberries, and top with crumbled gingerbread. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
5. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for a while before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
