Fruit Salad with Coconut Cream and Licorice Meringue

A delightful fruit salad combining fresh fruits and berries topped with creamy coconut sauce and crunchy licorice meringue. Perfect for dessert or a snack! Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe mango
- 1/2 fresh pineapple
- 200 g fresh strawberries
- 150 g fresh raspberries
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 2 tbsp sugar (to taste)
- 1 dl licorice meringue (crumbled)
Instructions:
1. Peel and dice the mango and pineapple. Place them in a bowl.
2. Wash and slice the strawberries. Add them to the mango and pineapple bowl.
3. Gently fold in the raspberries.
4. Squeeze lime juice over the fruits and mix carefully.
5. In a saucepan, heat the coconut milk and add sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Allow to cool.
6. Serve the fruit salad elegantly in a glass or plate. Pour the coconut cream over the fruits.
7. Sprinkle crumbled licorice meringue on top.
8. Optionally, garnish with additional toasted meringue if desired.
