Ingredients:
- 1 medium watermelon- 200 g mascarpone cheese
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- Fresh berries (e.g., strawberries, blueberries) for decoration
- Mint leaves for decoration
Instructions:
1. Cut a thin slice from the top and bottom of the watermelon to stabilize it.2. Cut the watermelon in half lengthwise. Shape one half into a cake base.
3. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold in the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar until smooth.
4. Spread the cream-mascarpone mixture evenly over the watermelon base.
5. Decorate the cake with fresh berries and mint leaves.
