Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a cake pan.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a water bath or microwave.
3. In a bowl, whisk together the sugar and eggs until the mixture is light and fluffy.
4. Add the melted chocolate-butter mixture to the egg mixture and mix well.
5. In another bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the chocolate mixture and stir until smooth.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes.
7. Allow the cake to cool before serving. You can dust it with powdered sugar or serve with whipped cream for extra indulgence.
