Ingredients:
- 1 banana - 1 cup oat or almond milk
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon flaxseeds
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ice (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel the banana and place it in a blender. 2. Add the oat or almond milk, peanut butter, honey, rolled oats, flaxseeds, and vanilla extract.
3. If desired, add ice for a colder and fresher smoothie.
4. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
5. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
