A delicious sauerkraut and blue cheese side dish that perfectly complements grilled meats or casseroles. It combines the freshness of sauerkraut with the richness of blue cheese and is quick to prepare. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients
- 400 g sauerkraut - 120 g blue cheese
- 0.7 dl dry white wine
- 1 can pineapple chunks
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Rinse the sauerkraut in cold water and drain well. 2. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the sauerkraut to the skillet and sauté for about 5 minutes until heated through.
4. Pour the white wine over the sauerkraut and allow it to simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
5. Add the pineapple chunks and crumbled blue cheese to the skillet. Stir well and cook for a few more minutes until the cheese has melted.
6. Season with black pepper and serve warm.
