A quick and satisfying one-pot meal featuring ground beef, pasta, and cheese. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 g ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp fine sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1-1.5 beef bouillon cubes
- 7.5 dl boiling water
- 2 dl crushed tomatoes
- 1 dl cream
- 5 dl uncooked pasta
- 200 g shredded cheddar, cream cheese, mozzarella, or any melty cheese
- Oil for browning
Instructions:
1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and chopped onion in a little oil.
2. Season the beef with paprika, salt, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and black pepper.
3. Pour in the boiling water and add the bouillon cubes, stirring well.
4. Add the crushed tomatoes and uncooked pasta. Let it simmer gently for about 15 minutes.
5. Stir in the cream and shredded cheese, mixing until the cheese is melted.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
