Ingredients:

- 4 slices whole grain bread
- 2 avocados
- 2 eggs
- 1 tomato
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions:

1. Toast the whole grain bread slices until golden brown.
2. Meanwhile, boil the eggs to your desired doneness (soft or hard).
3. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and mash the flesh in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Slice the tomato.
5. Spread the mashed avocado on top of the toasted bread.
6. Add the boiled egg and tomato slices on top.
7. Drizzle olive oil over the top and garnish with fresh basil.
8. Serve immediately and enjoy with your friends.
