Ingredients:
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 dl milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Butter for frying
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
2. Add the milk, egg, and melted butter to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
3. Heat a frying pan and add a little butter.
4. Pour the batter onto the pan to form pancakes of your desired size.
5. Cook the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
6. Serve with berries, maple syrup, or yogurt.
