Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225 g) pasta of your choice
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
4. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and the sauce is smooth.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta evenly with the garlic cream sauce.
7. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
