A refreshing and exciting drink that showcases the perfect combination of gin and tonic water, beautifully garnished with a sugar rim.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Serving Size: 1 serving
Ingredients:
- 1 lemon
- 15 cl tonic water
- 5 cl quality gin
- 1 tsp salt
- Ice
- 1 dl sugar
Instructions:
1. Squeeze the juice from half of the lemon.
2. Mix the sugar and salt together in a small dish.
3. Dip the rim of the glass (upside down) in the lemon juice.
4. Roll the glass rim in the sugar-salt mixture to create the sugar rim.
5. Pour the gin and tonic water into the glass and add ice.
6. Stir well and garnish with a lemon slice on the rim of the glass.
