A refreshing treat perfect for celebrating the weekend. These gin & tonic ice pops are ideal for summer evenings and offer a delightful flavor experience combining the classic tastes of gin and tonic. Preparation Time: 10 minutes + freezing
Serving Size: 6 ice pops
Ingredients:
- 200 ml Napue gin
- 400 ml tonic water
- 100 ml fresh cranberries
- Fresh rosemary (a sprig)
- Lime slices (for garnish, optional)
- Sugar (to taste, optional)
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix together the gin and tonic water. Add sugar to taste if desired.
2. Place a few cranberries and a sprig of rosemary into each ice pop mold.
3. Carefully pour the gin & tonic mixture into the molds.
4. If desired, add lime slices on top of each mold.
5. Cover the molds with foil and insert sticks.
6. Freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until the ice pops are completely solid.
7. Remove the ice pops from the molds and enjoy!
