Ingredients:
- 1 package of ready-made pie crust- 150 g diced ham
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 100 g grated cheese (e.g., Emmental or mozzarella)
- 2 eggs
- 200 ml cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill or parsley leaves for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).2. Roll out the ready-made pie crust and line a pie dish with it.
3. Sauté the onion in a pan until soft.
4. Add the ham and bell pepper to the pan and cook for a few minutes.
5. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, salt, and pepper.
6. Spread the ham and pepper mixture evenly over the pie crust.
7. Pour the egg mixture over the fillings and sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
8. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
9. Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with dill or parsley.
