Ingredients:
- 400 g fresh asparagus
- 300 g cherry tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 50 g grated cheese (e.g., Parmesan or mozzarella)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
2. Wash the asparagus and tomatoes. Trim the woody ends off the asparagus.
3. In a bowl, mix together olive oil, crushed garlic, salt, and black pepper.
4. Add the asparagus and tomatoes to the oil mixture and toss well to coat.
5. Place the asparagus and tomatoes on the grill. Grill for about 5-7 minutes until the asparagus is tender and has nice grill marks.
6. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the grilled vegetables and grill for an additional 1-2 minutes until the cheese melts.
7. Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
