A delicious dessert combining sweet grilled pineapple and rich whiskey caramel. Perfect summer treat that adds flavor and warmth to dark evenings. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 1 whole pineapple - Sugar cane (to taste)
Whiskey Caramel Sauce:
- 200 g brown sugar
- 200 g cream
- 20 g butter
- Splash of Jack Daniels
Instructions:
1. Cut the pineapple into serving-sized pieces and toss them in sugar cane. 2. Grill the pineapple pieces on a grill, under the broiler in the oven, or on a grill pan for a few minutes until they have a nice grill mark.
3. To make the whiskey caramel, combine the brown sugar and cream in a saucepan and bring to a simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes until the mixture bubbles.
4. Remove the saucepan from heat and add the whiskey and butter. Stir well.
5. Allow the caramel to cool to room temperature or chill it.
6. Serve the grilled pineapple drizzled with whiskey caramel sauce and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
