Grilled Banana with Chocolate and Caramelized Hazelnuts

Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- About 20g chocolate of your choice
- 2 tablespoons chopped hazelnuts
- 1 teaspoon cane sugar
- (A few fresh sugared strawberries, optional)
Instructions:
1. First, prepare the caramelized hazelnuts. Sprinkle the chopped hazelnuts onto a hot frying pan and add the cane sugar over the nuts.
2. Heat the pan while shaking it until the sugar melts. Stir well to combine and pour the caramelized nuts onto a plate to cool.
3. Cut a slit in the banana and insert small pieces of chocolate inside the banana.
4. Grill the banana on residual heat or bake in the oven at 200°C (about 400°F) for 10-15 minutes, until the chocolate melts and the banana peel turns black.
5. Serve hot with vanilla ice cream and the caramelized hazelnuts. Optionally, add some fresh sugared strawberries to the dish.
