Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 4 large tortillas
- 400 g ground beef or chicken
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 can black beans, rinsed
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 100 g shredded cheese
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- 1 avocado, sliced (optional)
- Salsa or sour cream for serving (optional)
Instructions:
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the chopped onion. Sauté the onion for about 2-3 minutes.
2. Add the crushed garlic and ground meat to the skillet. Cook until the meat is fully cooked. Season with salt, pepper, chili powder, and paprika.
3. Stir in the bell pepper and black beans. Mix well and let it cook for an additional 5 minutes.
4. Warm the tortillas separately in a skillet or microwave.
5. Fill the tortillas with the meat mixture and sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Add sliced avocado and fresh cilantro if desired.
6. Serve the tortillas with salsa or sour cream.
