A delicious and unique chocolate fondant that combines the flavors of Geisha chocolate. This is the perfect dessert that will melt hearts! Preparation Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients:
- 80 g butter
- 100 g Geisha chocolate (half regular and half Geisha Dark chocolate)
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 egg whites
- 1 dl all-purpose flour
Instructions:
1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add the chopped chocolate and stir until the mixture is evenly melted. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
2. Stir in the sugar, egg yolks, and flour into the chocolate mixture.
3. Whisk the egg whites until frothy, then gently fold them into the batter.
4. Spoon the batter into individual ramekins.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 10-12 minutes.
6. Allow to cool for a moment and serve with vanilla ice cream.
