Ingredients:
- 400 g potatoes
- 200 g carrots
- 150 g onion
- 300 g salmon fillet
- 2 tbsp butter
- 100 ml cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the potatoes and carrots. Boil them in salted water for about 15-20 minutes until tender.
2. While the vegetables are boiling, chop the onion and sauté it in butter in a pan until soft.
3. Add the salmon fillet to the pan with the onion and cook until the fish is done, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Drain the boiled vegetables and mash them roughly. Stir in the cream and season with salt and pepper.
5. Serve the salmon on top of the potato puree and garnish with fresh dill.
