Ingredients:

- 400 g chicken breast fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 100 ml yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 50 ml fresh mint, chopped
- 50 ml fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced

Instructions:

1. Marinate the chicken breast fillets in olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika powder, and garlic powder for about 15 minutes.
2. Heat the grill or frying pan over medium heat. Grill the chicken fillets for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
3. Prepare the yogurt sauce by mixing yogurt, lemon juice, mint, and parsley in a bowl.
4. Slice the grilled chicken fillets into thin slices.
5. Serve the chicken slices with fresh vegetables like cucumber, bell pepper, and red onion. Drizzle yogurt sauce on top.
