Perfect for revitalizing after the Flow weekend, these energy bars are packed with flavor and energy to help you start your week positively. Preparation time is just 20 minutes, and you will get about 12 bars.Ingredients:
- 2 dl rolled oats
- 1 dl nuts (e.g., almonds or walnuts)
- 1 dl dried fruits (e.g., apricots or raisins)
- 1 dl honey or maple syrup
- 1 dl peanut butter or other nut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Optional: 1/2 dl chocolate chips or coconut flakes
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, nuts, dried fruits, salt, and chocolate chips (if desired).
3. Add honey, nut butter, and vanilla extract to the mixture. Stir well until all ingredients are combined.
4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the mixture onto the sheet. Press it down into an even layer.
5. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the bars are golden brown.
6. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
