Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas- 150 g frozen blueberries
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ dl fresh mint leaves
Instructions:
1. Peel the bananas and place them in a blender.2. Add the frozen blueberries, coconut milk, honey, chia seeds, and vanilla extract.
3. Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
4. Add the fresh mint leaves and blend for a few more seconds to incorporate.
5. Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with fresh blueberries and mint leaves if desired.
