Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 400 g blood sausage - 2 tbsp butter
- 2 onions, sliced
- 2 apples, diced
- 1 dl cream
- 1 dl milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and sauté until they are soft and golden brown. 2. Add the diced apples to the skillet and cook for a few more minutes until the apples are slightly softened.
3. Slice the blood sausage and add it to the skillet. Cook until the sausage is heated through.
4. Pour in the cream and milk, stirring well. Season with salt and pepper. Let it simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
5. Serve the rössy warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
