A delicious and simple winter dish featuring root vegetables. This recipe combines celery root and rutabaga, slowly baked in the oven to deepen the flavors.

Ingredients:
- 1 large celery root (about 1.2 kg)
- 1 large rutabaga (about 1.3 kg)
- Black currant jam
- Melted butter
- Coarse sea salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit).
2. Peel the celery root and rutabaga. Cut them into large pieces and place them in a baking dish.
3. Bake the vegetables in the oven for 4 hours until they are tender and flavorful.
4. Remove the vegetables from the oven and let them cool for a moment.
5. Cut the vegetables open and scoop out the insides onto a plate.
6. Serve the root vegetables with melted butter, black currant jam, and coarse sea salt.
