A delicious and creamy dessert that combines the flavors of pancake and mousse, perfect for serving with fresh strawberries!

Serving Size: 4-6 servings

Ingredients:

- 2 dl milk
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1/2 dl melted butter
- 2 dl heavy cream
- 200 g fresh strawberries
- Powdered sugar for garnish

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix together the milk, flour, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, and melted butter. Whisk until the batter is smooth.
2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and pour some batter into the pan. Cook the pancake on both sides until golden brown.
3. Allow the pancakes to cool and then cut them into small pieces.
4. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
5. Gently fold the cooled pancake pieces into the whipped cream.
6. Spoon the pancake mousse into glasses or a serving dish and chill in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
7. Before serving, top with fresh strawberries and a dusting of powdered sugar.
