A delicate and crispy phyllo cup, perfect for various fillings.
Preparation time: 30-60 minutes. Serving size: about 30 cups.
Ingredients:
- Phyllo pastry sheets
- Butter (melted)
- Parchment paper
Instructions:
1. Allow the phyllo pastry sheets to thaw gently in their packaging.
2. Carefully open the pastry roll and place one thin sheet on a buttered parchment paper.
3. Brush the sheet lightly with melted butter and place another sheet on top.
4. Repeat the buttering process and add a third sheet, then brush the top with butter.
5. Cut the phyllo stack into about 30 pieces, each measuring 7 x 7 cm.
6. Line a mini muffin tin with the phyllo pieces.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 8 minutes.
8. Carefully transfer the phyllo cups to a wire rack to cool before filling. You can prepare the cups in advance the day before.
