Delicious salmon and feta balls that are easy and quick to prepare. Perfect as a side dish with mashed potatoes or salad.
Preparation Time: Approximately 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings

Ingredients:

- 550 g salmon
- 1 egg
- 1 dl cream
- 5 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 2-3 tbsp white wine
- ½ red chili, finely chopped
- 100 g feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions:

1. Clean the salmon and remove the largest bones. Cut the fish into pieces and place in a bowl.
2. Add the egg, cream, dill, salt, white pepper, chili powder, white wine, and red chili to the bowl.
3. Blend all the ingredients into a mixture using an immersion blender or a regular blender. Taste and add more salt if needed.
4. Refrigerate the mixture for about 15 minutes to enhance the flavor and make it easier to shape.
5. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
6. Wet your hands with cold water and shape the mixture into small balls.
7. Bake the balls in the oven on the middle rack for about 13 minutes, until cooked through. Optionally, you can pan-fry them in butter for a golden color.
8. Serve with a fresh salad and mashed potatoes.
