- 8 medium potatoes
- 0.5 bulb of fennel (or a small whole one, to taste)
- Margarine for greasing the baking dish
- Aromatic salt (to taste)
- 1 can of cooking cream
Instructions:
1. Peel and slice or cube the potatoes into your desired shape.
2. Slice the fennel into strips and mix it with the potatoes.
3. Grease a baking dish with margarine.
4. Pour the potato-fennel mixture into the greased dish.
5. Season the mixture generously with aromatic salt.
6. Pour the cooking cream over the vegetables.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F) for about 45-60 minutes, until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
