A delicious and filling dish that combines the creaminess of hummus with the freshness of lemon. This tasty meal is especially popular in the Middle East and is a perfect addition to any table. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 400 g ready-made hummus - 2 dl yogurt
- 2 tbsp tahini
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 3-4 slices of pita bread
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 dl fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 dl pine nuts, toasted
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions:
1. Toast the pita bread in the oven until golden brown and crispy, then let it cool.2. In a bowl, mix together the hummus, yogurt, tahini, lemon juice, cumin, and crushed garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Crumble the cooled pita bread onto a serving dish.
4. Spread the hummus mixture over the crumbled pita.
5. Sprinkle chopped parsley and toasted pine nuts on top.
6. Drizzle with olive oil and serve immediately.
